Privacy Policy
How Smartiee handles website information and enquiries, and how you can exercise your privacy rights.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Who is responsible
The controller for personal data processed through smartiee.agency and related enquiries is:
Kseniia Udovitskaia MarketingberatungTrading as Smartiee Agency
Tölzer Straße 5
81373 Munich, Germany
Email: info@smartiee.agency
Telephone: +49 151 657 16901
Please use the email address above for privacy questions and requests to exercise your rights.
2. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data to deliver and secure the website, respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, perform client engagements and meet legal obligations. Depending on the purpose, processing relies on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), pre-contractual steps or a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)), or legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
Our legitimate interests include operating a secure website, responding to professional enquiries and administering business relationships. For contacts representing a company, processing may rely on legitimate interests rather than a contract with the individual.
3. Website delivery and hosting
The website is built and published using Tilda and its delivery infrastructure. Requests to load pages and files can involve your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and device information, referrer and technical response data. These data support website delivery, stability, security and troubleshooting. The intended legal basis for essential delivery and security processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Tilda’s international service identifies its provider as Tilda Platform Cloud Services Co. LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Its Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement describe its processing framework.
4. Enquiries and project communication
When you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, organisation, website address, project information and message contents. We use this to answer your enquiry, discuss an engagement and manage our relationship.
Providing information is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact and project information to respond. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal data or confidential client documents through an initial enquiry.
WhatsApp links take you to a separate service. If you choose to use it, WhatsApp processes data under its own terms and privacy information. You may contact us by email or telephone instead. Our handling of your message relies on the enquiry and contract purposes described above; choosing WhatsApp is not blanket consent to unrelated processing.
5. Cookies, storage and statistics
Cookies and similar technologies may store information on your device or access information already stored there. Where Section 25 TDDDG requires consent, that consent must be obtained before access or storage occurs. Strictly necessary operations may fall within a statutory exception. Any processing of personal data also requires an appropriate GDPR legal basis.
The website source reviewed on 22 October 2026 includes Tilda’s statistics script with its cookie setting disabled. This observation does not establish that all statistical processing is anonymous or that no other storage or tracking operates across the website.
Tilda statistics can involve page visits, visit times, referral information and browser or device data.
6. Fonts, images and external links
Some site pages load fonts, logos and images directly from external servers. This creates a connection to the relevant server and can disclose your IP address, request time, browser details and referrer information even without clicking a link.
Observed resources include fonts and icons from Google domains, Tilda delivery domains, and assets hosted by client websites and other brand or image providers. This differs from an ordinary text link, which takes you to the external service when you choose to follow it.
Links to Google Maps, Clutch, LinkedIn and client websites lead to services governed by their own privacy information.
7. Recipients and international transfers
Personal data may be received by website infrastructure providers, communication providers, authorised project specialists and professional advisers where necessary for the relevant purpose. Public authorities may receive data where required by law.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR transfer rules apply, transfers require a valid mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses, together with any required supplementary measures. Tilda’s international DPA includes a standard contractual clause framework for EEA data.
8. How long data are kept
Data are retained for as long as needed for the purpose for which they were collected, subject to legal retention obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
For enquiries, the relevant criteria include whether the enquiry has been resolved, whether a client relationship follows and whether retention is required for a dispute. Contract and accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory period.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time, including related profiling.
Send requests to info@smartiee.agency. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We respond within the applicable statutory deadlines.
10. Complaints
You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including in the EEA country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement.
For a private-sector business based in Bavaria, you can contact the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
11. Updates
We update this policy when our processing or relevant requirements change.
